Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and optimization of financial application systems, the hybrid remote Financial Systems Analyst III will enhance revenue cycle workflows, collaborate with management on IT strategies, and oversee system configuration and maintenance within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance revenue cycle workflows and systems
• Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of new revenue cycle technologies and initiatives
• Ensure systems meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for data security and privacy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, computer science, or related field; or college-level study leading to RHIT certification
• 2-4 years management experience and 10 years work experience in IT or relevant operational department
• Experience planning and designing complex workflows for electronic health record programs in large-scale healthcare organizations
• Proficient in business applications such as Excel, Access, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and industry benchmarks
