Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with Accounting and Finance teams, the full-time remote Financial Systems Analyst will ensure financial systems and reporting processes operate smoothly, troubleshoot issues, and enhance integrations to support month-end close and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Run maintenance, testing, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance in revenue recognition and financial processes
• Partner with teams to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and support enhancements across finance systems and integrations
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support month-end close and ongoing business needs

Required qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Systems, with exposure to revenue recognition and month-end close
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition principles, with ASC 606 experience being a plus
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining financial reports and dashboards
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reconciliations
