Financial Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders, the full-time Financial Systems Controls & Assurance Analyst will design, implement, and enhance scalable SOX-ready controls and assurance processes across financial systems while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve scalable controls and assurance processes across financial systems and SOX-relevant business operations
• Evaluate system and process changes to identify control impacts and support operational readiness
• Review system activity and reporting outputs to validate control effectiveness and support audit readiness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in SOX compliance, IT controls, or related assurance work
• Strong understanding of SOX, ITGCs, and application controls
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and control validation activities
• Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps and implement process improvements
