Financial Systems Application Administrator

Job Summary

Leading the maintenance and administration of finance software applications, the full-time Financial Systems Application Administrator will ensure smooth operations of Oracle ERP, Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview, while working remotely and supporting US-based clients during EST business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and administration of finance software applications, ensuring optimal performance and minimal disruption during reporting cycles
• Manage application role security in compliance with SOX controls and collaborate with business stakeholders for new finance applications
• Troubleshoot software issues, oversee ticket management, and support system performance monitoring with outsourced partners

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials in a corporate environment
• Minimum 5 years managing or administering vendor-hosted cloud finance applications, such as Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects and collaborating with teams to meet deliverables
• Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
