Financial Systems Application Administrator

Job Summary

Leading the maintenance and administration of finance software applications globally, the full-time Financial Systems Application Administrator will ensure efficient operation of Oracle ERP, Coupa, Concur, Blackline, and Longview while collaborating with senior finance leadership and managing application security and user provisioning in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and administration of finance software applications, ensuring optimal performance and minimal disruption during reporting cycles
• Manage application role security in accordance with SOX controls and oversee user provisioning and change request tickets
• Collaborate with finance leadership to prioritize change requests and troubleshoot issues in finance software and integrations

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing vendor-hosted cloud applications, preferably finance-related
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects and collaborating with team members
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude in a finance application context
