Financial Systems Application Administrator

Job Summary

Leading the maintenance and administration of finance software applications globally, the full-time Financial Systems Application Administrator will ensure smooth operations of Oracle ERP, Coupa, Concur, and other applications while collaborating with finance leadership and managing application security and user provisioning in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and administration of finance software applications, ensuring optimal performance during peak reporting cycles
• Manage application role security and user provisioning, collaborating with the business to assess and implement appropriate controls
• Troubleshoot issues, support system performance monitoring, and plan testing for application updates in partnership with Finance process owners

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing vendor-hosted cloud applications, preferably in finance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience supporting projects and collaborating with team members
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
