Financial Systems Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Financial Systems Assurance Analyst will design, implement, and enhance scalable SOX-ready controls and assurance processes across financial systems, collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve scalable controls and assurance processes across financial systems and SOX-relevant business processes
• Partner with Finance, IT, Analytics, and Engineering teams to enhance controls supporting financial reporting and operational readiness
• Evaluate system changes to identify control impacts and support sustainable operational readiness before go-live

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 3 years of experience in SOX compliance, IT controls, internal or external audit, or related assurance work
• Strong understanding of SOX, ITGCs, and application controls
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and control validation activities
• Demonstrated ability to identify control gaps and implement process improvements
