Financial Systems Director

Job Summary

Owning the Oracle EPM Cloud environment, the full-time Financial Systems Director will manage the consolidation process, oversee FCCS configurations, and ensure compliance with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle FCCS, including metadata hierarchies, consolidation rules, and Groovy scripts for automation
• Stabilize and govern the month-end close process, eliminating recurring failures and managing entity hierarchies across operations
• Lead the ASC 606 revenue recognition program, ensuring automation outputs are audit-ready and compliant with SOX standards

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial consolidation, month-end close, or GL management
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM/FCCS configuration and execution of financial processes
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards and experience with automated revenue recognition processes
• Experience with intercompany eliminations across multi-entity structures
• Background in SOX compliance and internal controls related to financial close processes
