Financial Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Financial Systems Engineer, a full-time remote position responsible for developing custom solutions and integrating various business applications while serving as a technical subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tooling to enhance team efficiency and solve technical and non-technical problems
• Own solutions end-to-end while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Support and mentor Engineers and Analysts by sharing insights and knowledge

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3+ years of relevant development experience in building production-grade solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple programming languages relevant to financial systems development (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, C++)
• Experience with software development methodologies, version control systems, and testing frameworks
• Familiarity with launching solutions using public cloud service platforms (especially AWS)
