Financial Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Financial Systems Engineer, a full-time remote position, is responsible for developing custom solutions, integrating various systems, and mentoring team members in financial systems development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tooling to enhance team efficiency and solve technical and non-technical problems
• Own solutions from inception to deployment while ensuring quality and performance
• Act as a technical subject matter expert on third-party platforms and support adjacent teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3+ years of relevant development experience in building production-grade solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in programming languages relevant to financial systems development (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, C++)
• Experience with software development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with public cloud service platforms, especially AWS
