Financial Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Financial Systems Engineer, a full-time remote position responsible for developing custom solutions to integrate various business applications and systems while mentoring team members and owning solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tooling to enhance team efficiency and solve technical and non-technical problems
• Act as a technical subject matter expert on third-party platforms and support adjacent teams
• Design and implement scalable applications and APIs using relevant programming languages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3+ years of relevant development experience building production-grade solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple programming languages relevant to financial systems development (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, C++)
• Experience with software development methodologies, version control systems, and testing frameworks
• Familiarity with launching solutions using public cloud service platforms, especially AWS
