Financial Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Financial Systems Engineer will develop custom solutions, integrate various business applications, and serve as a technical subject matter expert on third-party platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tooling that accelerates team productivity and problem-solving
• Own solutions end-to-end while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Design and implement scalable applications and APIs using relevant programming languages

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3+ years of relevant development experience building production-grade solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple programming languages relevant to financial systems development (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, C++)
• Experience with software development methodologies, version control systems, and testing frameworks
• Familiarity with launching solutions using public cloud service platforms, especially AWS
