Financial Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time salaried Financial Systems Engineer will develop custom solutions, integrate various systems, and serve as a technical subject matter expert while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tooling to enhance team productivity and solve technical and non-technical problems
• Own end-to-end solutions while ensuring quality and timely delivery of code
• Support and mentor engineers and analysts by sharing insights and expertise on third-party platforms

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3+ years of relevant development experience in building production-grade solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in programming languages relevant to financial systems development (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, C++)
• Experience with software development methodologies, version control systems, and testing frameworks
• Familiarity with public cloud service platforms, especially AWS
