• Deliver training to users transitioning to a Tier 1 ERP system
• Create training materials for non-technical audiences
• Gather requirements, configure the system, and document SOPs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering ERP training
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical users
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent documentation skills
