Financial Systems Lead
Job Summary
Owning the financial-systems strategy and execution, the full-time Financial Systems Lead will design and implement ERP solutions, evaluate financial-systems tools, and advise leadership on technology investments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Help leadership evaluate and select appropriate financial platforms for various companies, focusing on standardization and long-term vision
- Lead the design and execution of ERP transitions in collaboration with implementation partners and finance teams, ensuring business value and independence

Required qualifications
- 7-12 years of experience in ERP implementations, financial-systems leadership, or enterprise accounting
- Deep hands-on knowledge of NetSuite and practical experience with other financial-systems tools
- Strong judgment regarding financial-systems architecture and vendor evaluation
- Experience working in growing organizations and adapting to ambiguity
- Willingness to be hands-on in troubleshooting and execution support
