Financial Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Systems and Data Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for financial systems
• Manage a team of finance application analysts and serve as the primary administrator for Infor-Lawson General Ledger
• Drive process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement for accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial systems administration or ERP management with prior leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Lawson ERP, data integration, reporting tools, and change management processes
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology; Master's degree preferred
• Demonstrated accountability, resiliency, and courageous leadership attributes
• Ability to embrace technology and data-driven solutions for efficiency and innovation
