Financial Systems Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Systems Manager to oversee financial system maintenance and support across various finance business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial system maintenance, user support, and report development related to Financial ERP and business intelligence applications
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to financial systems and collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements
• Engage with end users to educate them on application features and support the annual budget process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems
• 6+ years of related experience in accounting/finance with a focus on Workday financial systems
• 5+ years of functional experience with Workday Finance and Payroll
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field and CPA or Workday Certifications
• Preferred: Prior leadership experience and project management skills
