Job Summary

Owning the administration of NetSuite, the full-time remote Financial Systems Manager will manage workflows, configurations, and user access while troubleshooting system issues and leading optimization projects across financial tools like Coupa and Navan.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of NetSuite administration, managing workflows, configurations, and user access
• Expand responsibilities to include administration and ticket management for Coupa and Navan
• Diagnose and resolve system issues end-to-end, ensuring thorough documentation throughout the process

Required qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite administration experience with familiarity in workflows and system configurations
• Motivation to learn and manage administrative tasks for a multi-system ecosystem
• Project management and leadership mindset for executing system improvement projects
• Strong controls discipline with an emphasis on documentation and traceability
• Very good communication skills with a customer service orientation
