Financial Systems Manager

Job Summary

To support continuous improvements in Finance & Accounting processes, the full-time salaried Financial Systems Manager will manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems, including ERP and FP&A tools, while collaborating with various departments to optimize functionality and streamline operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of the application environment, focusing on day-to-day operations of financial systems
• Translate business needs into product backlogs, user stories, and business requirements to enhance application value
• Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure system changes align with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining financial systems, particularly ERP systems like NetSuite
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis software (e.g., Oracle EPM) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of basic GAAP accounting standards and concepts
