Financial Systems Manager
Job Summary
To support the optimization of financial operations, the remote Manager of Financial Systems will manage the day-to-day administration of core financial applications, enhance user experience, and lead system enhancements while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a functional administrator for financial systems, assisting stakeholders with issue resolution and system configuration
- Lead implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects, ensuring successful delivery and user adoption
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflows and system utilization
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information science, accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent experience in the legal industry
- Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience
- Experience with legal finance software, particularly Elite 3E
- Proficiency in SQL, with advanced query writing preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server for managing operational issues
