Financial Systems Manager
Job Summary
To support the Finance Operations team, the remote Financial Systems Manager will manage financial systems administration, oversee integrations, and enhance automation processes while collaborating with various departments to improve data reliability and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and enhance NetSuite, managing middleware integrations and ensuring data integrity across financial systems
- Lead full lifecycle implementations for FinOps initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and processes
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions to improve operational maturity and reduce manual tasks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems or finance operations roles, with hands-on experience administering ERP platforms, preferably NetSuite
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and data-quality controls
- Experience with integration and automation tools, such as Workato or similar middleware
- Proven experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation solutions applied to real business processes
