Financial Systems Manager
Job Summary
Owning and elevating the financial systems ecosystem, the full-time remote Financial Systems Manager will serve as the lead administrator for NetSuite, manage integrations across finance tools, and streamline financial workflows to support month-end and quarter-end processes.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the lead administrator and subject matter expert for NetSuite, managing configuration, maintenance, and optimization
- Own the health of the finance tech stack, ensuring reliable data flow between systems and managing integrations
- Partner cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable system solutions and lead system implementations
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in financial systems with deep expertise in NetSuite administration
- Solid understanding of core accounting and finance processes, including month-end close and procure-to-pay
- Hands-on experience with finance systems such as Ramp, Coupa, and FloQast, including integrations with NetSuite
- Experience applying AI to finance workflows and a strong interest in building AI-driven solutions
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
