Financial Systems Manager
Job Summary
Taking ownership of the financial systems landscape, the full-time Financial Systems Manager will manage and enhance systems such as NetSuite, Floqast, and Deel, while working remotely to support a growing multi-entity organization.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current NetSuite setup and lead the re-launch of the Advanced Revenue Management module
- Oversee the configuration and administration of core financial systems and design integrations between disparate systems
- Partner with leadership on close-process automation and support the rollout of an FP&A platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in financial systems administration or management, preferably in multi-entity environments
- Working experience as a NetSuite administrator and with platforms like Deel and Floqast
- Proven track record of building systems and processes from scratch
- Experience with integration tools like Celigo and NetSuite's Advanced Revenue Management module
