Job Summary

To support a growing mission-driven organization, the full-time salaried Financial Systems Senior Manager will optimize financial systems, enhance cross-system integration, and lead the implementation of a unified ERP platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and optimization of financial systems, ensuring high-performance infrastructure for long-term growth
• Direct cross-functional coordination of finance, procurement, contracts, and HCM modules to ensure seamless data flow
• Develop and execute long-term strategies for unified systems to align with organizational goals and enhance system capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8-10 years of experience in project or program management, including full-cycle ERP implementations
• Proficiency with project management tools and remote collaboration platforms
• Comprehensive ERP industry knowledge with experience in HCM integration alongside core financials
• Ability to work independently and drive accountability in a fully remote environment
