Job Summary

Supporting members in navigating financial stressors, the full-time Financial Wellness Advocate will conduct outreach calls, analyze financial situations, and provide resources to enhance financial wellness in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach calls to assist members with financial challenges
• Analyze financial situations and determine the best course of action for members
• Provide internal and external resources to guide members through financial crises

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience with 5+ years in member service
• Familiarity with FRCA, MLA, SCRA, FDCPA, FCRA, UDAAP
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proficiency with industry-related software programs
