Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Wellness Expert to provide financial counseling services remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver phone-based financial counseling services to clients
• Gather and analyze client financial information to develop personalized action plans
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Full-time availability for 40 hours per week with a consistent schedule
• Willingness to obtain HUD and NFCC certifications during training
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred, but not required
• Dedicated home workspace with a reliable internet connection
