Financial Wellness Counselor

Job Summary

Providing compassionate financial counseling to clients nationwide, the full-time Financial Wellness Counselor will deliver phone-based services while working remotely during evening shifts with a biweekly Saturday rotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver phone-based financial counseling services and respond to client inquiries via calls and emails
• Gather and analyze client financial information to develop personalized action plans and educational resources
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of client information while completing required training and certifications

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work full-time, with a commitment to scheduled evening shifts and biweekly Saturdays
• Willingness to obtain HUD and NFCC certifications during training
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred but not required
• Dedicated home workspace with a hard-wired internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
