Fine Arts Course Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a contract position to design and write an online Fine Arts course titled "Form + Content," focusing on the analysis of historical and contemporary movements through studio projects and research.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with instructional designers and faculty to develop an engaging course within a shared timeline
• Design and write curriculum that supports students' creative and technical endeavors in an online learning environment
• Contribute to the ongoing development and expansion of the Fine Arts program

Required qualifications:

• MFA or terminal degree in fine arts or a related studio discipline
• Experience in course design and development processes for online delivery
• Proven track record of successful experiential and applied approaches to student learning
• Knowledge of fine arts education at the college level
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and online teaching tools to support instruction
