FinOps Business Analyst

Job Summary

Consulting on cost-optimization best practices, the full-time FinOps Business Analyst will support customers in their cloud journey by optimizing cloud costs, presenting demos, and collaborating with internal teams to implement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Consult customers on cost-optimization best practices for their cloud usage
• Present and give demos of AllCloud's Reseller Programs and tools
• Create customized cost reports and keep the sales team informed on customer status for renewal/expansion opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, or related roles in a customer-facing environment
• Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting complex cloud billing data
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cost management tools
• Excellent Excel, SQL, or Python skills for cost analysis and reporting
• Proven track record of delivering customer-focused solutions and consulting services
