FinOps Lead

Job Summary

Owning the financial operations and reconciliation infrastructure for Wallets & Cards products, the full-time remote FinOps Lead will design scalable financial processes, automate reconciliations, and ensure transaction accuracy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reconciliations across various financial accounts and maintain clear documentation for accounting and audit purposes
• Build scalable financial operations processes and establish standard operating procedures for Wallets & Cards financial operations
• Serve as the Finance subject-matter expert, coordinating with Treasury, Accounting, and Compliance to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory adherence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 6-9 years of experience in financial operations, reconciliations, or payments operations, preferably in fintech or a transaction-heavy business
• Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and the relationship between operational transaction flows and financial ledgers
• Technical fluency with experience in collaborating with Engineering and Data teams; SQL or similar data-analysis skills are preferred
• Proven ability to build processes and controls in a fast-paced environment as a senior individual contributor
