FinOps Lead

Job Summary

Owning the financial operations and reconciliation infrastructure for Wallets & Cards products, the full-time remote FinOps Lead will design scalable financial processes, partner with technical teams to automate them, and ensure transaction flows and balances are accurate and well-controlled.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reconciliations across customer balances, internal ledgers, and bank accounts
• Build scalable financial operations processes and controls to support increasing transaction volumes
• Serve as the Finance subject-matter expert for Wallets & Cards operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 6-9 years of experience in financial operations, reconciliations, or payments operations
• Experience in fintech or transaction-heavy businesses preferred
• Strong technical fluency with experience working with Engineering and Data teams
• Demonstrated ability to build processes and controls in a fast-moving environment
