Job Summary
To support a growing Managed Programs Team, the full-time FINRA Licensed Admin Manager will lead Client Service Associates, oversee administrative operations, and ensure exceptional support for Financial Advisors while aligning with West Coast working hours.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management of Client Service Associates
- Partner with internal teams to enhance operational excellence and support the Employee Affiliation Model
- Drive the adoption of scalable processes and best practices to improve workflows and efficiencies
Required qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days
- 2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors and support teams in the brokerage/financial services industry
- Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams
- Knowledge of both W-2 and 1099 advisor models
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
