Job Summary

Leading a team of Client Service Associates, the full-time salaried FINRA Licensed Admin Manager will oversee centralized administrative operations, ensuring exceptional support for Financial Advisors while aligning with West Coast working hours.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management of Client Service Associates
  • Partner with internal teams to enhance operational excellence and support the Employee Affiliation Model
  • Drive the adoption of scalable processes and best practices while managing team capacity planning
Required qualifications:
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days
  • 2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors and support teams
  • 2+ years of brokerage or financial services industry knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance
