FINRA Licensed Admin Manager

Job Summary

To support the Managed Programs Team, the full-time FINRA Licensed Admin Manager will lead Client Service Associates, oversee centralized administrative operations, and ensure exceptional support for Financial Advisors while aligning with West Coast working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and management of Client Service Associates
• Drive operational excellence and support the expansion of the Employee Affiliation Model
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and streamline support models

Required qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 within 120 days
• 2+ years of experience working with Financial Advisors and support teams
• 2+ years of brokerage/financial services industry knowledge
• Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance
