Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Service Associate to support clients in an inbound call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to retail customers while explaining retirement concepts
• Manage service requests including account opening, asset movement, and facilitating trades
• Assist clients with trading various securities and deliver a responsive client experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2+ years of financial customer service experience
• Experience trading in equities, fixed income, and options
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required, along with FINRA fingerprinting
