FINRA Licensed Brokerage Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premier Brokerage Associate to provide exceptional service and support to clients in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to retail customers, explaining concepts clearly
• Assist clients with trading and manage service requests related to various securities
• Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transactions and uncover leads for new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 required
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a high-volume call center
• Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options
• FINRA fingerprinting required
• Retail, IRA and/or 401K customer service experience preferred
