FINRA Licensed Brokerage Associate

Job Summary

As a Premier Brokerage Associate, the full-time remote position will manage inbound calls from new and existing clients regarding retail products and account types, providing exceptional service and support while demonstrating expertise in Empower's systems and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and support to retail customers, explaining concepts clearly
• Assist clients with trading and manage various service requests, including account openings and facilitating trades
• Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transaction requirements and uncover leads for the Retirement Advisor Team

Required qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services or a high-volume call center
• Knowledge of equities trading, fixed income, and options
• Experience with retail, IRA, and/or 401K customer service preferred
• Strong technological skills and ability to multi-task across systems
