Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Brokerage Operations Service Specialist - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with trading stocks and managing their brokerage accounts
• Support Front Office functions of the broker-dealer subsidiary
• Address inbound communications to maintain customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Active FINRA licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 (or Series 66)
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in broker-dealer or financial operations
• Knowledge of SEC/FINRA regulatory and compliance rules
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US
