FINRA Licensed Brokerage Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Brokerage Operations Processing Specialist, the candidate will manage the seamless back-office functions of brokerage services, efficiently processing client requests and ensuring accurate account maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process client requests, including account enrollments, transfers, and complex transactions
• Demonstrate expertise in Self-Directed Brokerage plan conversions and maintain accurate client account information
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and address inquiries related to brokerage operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 1+ years of experience in brokerage services/operations
• FINRA Series 7 registration required
• FINRA fingerprinting required
• Experience with NetX 360/Pershing is a plus
