FINRA Licensed Brokerage Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Brokerage Operations team, the remote FINRA Licensed Brokerage Specialist will manage partner account conversions and migrations, ensuring smooth operational execution and partner experience while coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for Broker API partners during the inbound asset migration process
• Project manage the entire asset migration lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration of new partner firms
• Develop and maintain documentation and playbooks for conversion processes while partnering with compliance and engineering teams to address any issues

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in brokerage operations, specifically in clearing or account transfer operations
• Hands-on experience with account transfers (ACATS) and broker-dealer back-office workflows
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in managing large datasets using Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to handle multiple deliverables under deadline pressure, including during off-hours conversion windows
• FINRA SIE required; Series 7 or the ability to obtain it within 180 days of employment
