Job Summary

A company is looking for a FINRA Certified - Call Center Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service through the inbound contact center, responding to complex customer inquiries
  • Research and resolve client requests while maintaining high service standards and compliance requirements
  • Perform account updates, maintenance, and transaction processing, ensuring accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Life insurance experience is required
  • Prior experience in financial services or environments requiring FINRA certification
  • FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required at the time of hire
