Job Summary
A company is looking for a FINRA Certified - Call Center Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service through the inbound contact center, responding to complex customer inquiries
- Research and resolve client requests while maintaining high service standards and compliance requirements
- Perform account updates, maintenance, and transaction processing, ensuring accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Life insurance experience is required
- Prior experience in financial services or environments requiring FINRA certification
- FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license required at the time of hire
