Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist - BP.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a best-in-class client experience through proactive and reactive engagements and streamline client request processing
- Collaborate with an advisory team to grow and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Proactively identify financial planning opportunities and coordinate delivery calls with the advisory team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 2+ years related work experience in financial services or customer experience
- Experience working in client services roles
- FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required within established timelines
