Job Summary

FINRA Licensed Client Experience Specialist is a full-time role responsible for supporting advisory practices, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for Premier IRA and Brokerage clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a best-in-class client experience through proactive engagements and streamlined request processing
  • Collaborate with advisory teams to maintain strong relationships and identify financial planning opportunities
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings and facilitate client appreciation efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience in financial services or customer experience
  • Experience in client services roles
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations required within established timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems
