Job Summary
Engaging directly with over 11,000 Financial Professionals, the full-time FINRA Licensed Client Service Representative will provide administrative and sales support, ensuring best-in-class service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to investment executive and client needs, concerns, and questions
- Assist in the account opening process and maintain electronic client files
- Act as a liaison between investment executives and clearing firms to facilitate transactions
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- FINRA Series 7 License preferred
- Prior customer service experience in financial services is advantageous
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new information
