Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Contact Center LIC, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse team of Client Care Professionals, ensuring effective problem solving and client support
  • Analyze and coach team performance using Voice of the Customer survey data to enhance client experience
  • Develop and implement goals and metrics for team members to align with operational standards
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Five+ years of Contact Center experience with two years+ in a leadership role
  • Knowledge of financial products
  • Experience with systems including Salesforce, Avaya CMS, and Workforce Management
  • FINRA Series 6 and 26 required or to be obtained within 180 days of hire
