Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse team of Client Care Professionals, ensuring effective problem solving and client support
- Analyze and coach team performance using Voice of the Customer survey data to enhance client experience
- Develop and implement goals and metrics for team members to align with operational standards
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Five+ years of Contact Center experience with two years+ in a leadership role
- Knowledge of financial products
- Experience with systems including Salesforce, Avaya CMS, and Workforce Management
- FINRA Series 6 and 26 required or to be obtained within 180 days of hire
