Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional to support customers in managing their retirement savings accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
  • Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes as directed
  • Participate in training and obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours
  • Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two years of customer service experience
  • Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in financial services or call center environments is a plus
