Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional to support customers in managing their retirement savings accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
- Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes as directed
- Participate in training and obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional business hours
- Associate's degree or higher and at least one year of customer service experience, or two years of customer service experience
- Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience in financial services or call center environments is a plus
