Job Summary

A company is looking for a FINRA Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized client support by addressing inquiries and servicing options in a call center environment
  • Resolve basic to intermediate inquiries and transactions while learning to handle complex issues
  • Foster professional relationships with clients and Financial Representatives to enhance brand loyalty
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience
  • Advanced understanding of investment or income markets and products
  • Basic understanding of tax implications
  • Registered Representative classification requiring fingerprinting and FINRA Series 63 or 6
