Job Summary
A company is looking for a FINRA Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized client support by addressing inquiries and servicing options in a call center environment
- Resolve basic to intermediate inquiries and transactions while learning to handle complex issues
- Foster professional relationships with clients and Financial Representatives to enhance brand loyalty
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years related customer service experience
- Advanced understanding of investment or income markets and products
- Basic understanding of tax implications
- Registered Representative classification requiring fingerprinting and FINRA Series 63 or 6
