Job Summary

A company is looking for a FINRA Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve basic to intermediate inquiries and transactions while developing proficiency in more complex issues
  • Research and evaluate solutions to complex problems, taking ownership of client calls and de-escalating challenging situations
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum of two years of related customer service experience
  • Advanced understanding of investment products or markets
  • Basic understanding of tax implications
  • Demonstrated desire to continuously learn and improve
