Job Summary
A company is looking for a FINRA Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized client experiences by addressing inquiries and providing service options in a call center environment
- Resolve basic to intermediate inquiries and transactions while developing proficiency in more complex issues
- Research and evaluate solutions to complex problems, taking ownership of client calls and de-escalating challenging situations
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of two years of related customer service experience
- Advanced understanding of investment products or markets
- Basic understanding of tax implications
- Demonstrated desire to continuously learn and improve
