Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts in a call center environment
- Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes, loans, and withdrawals
- Participate in a paid training program and pursue FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional hours and occasional Saturdays
- Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
- Capability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience in financial services or call center is a plus
