Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts in a call center environment
  • Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes, loans, and withdrawals
  • Participate in a paid training program and pursue FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses
Required Qualifications
  • Availability to work a 40-hour week, including outside traditional hours and occasional Saturdays
  • Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
  • Capability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in financial services or call center is a plus
