Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide over-the-phone guidance to customers regarding their employer-sponsored retirement accounts during key life moments
• Discuss available account options, such as 401K and IRAs, to align with customers' retirement savings goals
• Educate customers on their retirement plan options and deepen their relationship with the company

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, preferably inside sales
• Current FINRA licenses or ability to obtain FINRA 7 & 63 registrations within corporate timelines
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and independently
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
